Welcome to Our Orchard

The North Ogden peach orchard is owned and operated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It is professionally managed, and maintained by volunteers from the local area.

The Orchard Process

The work of the North Ogden Peach Orchard is made possible through steady service throughout the year. Volunteers help care for the orchard by pruning trees, mowing, maintaining the grounds, and preparing for the harvest season.

When the peaches are ready, volunteers harvest the fruit and prepare it for transport. The peaches are then sent to a Church-owned cannery, where they are cleaned, processed, and canned.

Once canned, the peaches are distributed through the Bishop’s Storehouse to help provide food for individuals and families in need. Each step of the process—from orchard care to harvest to distribution—is made possible through the service of dedicated volunteers.
