Changes to Orchard Web Pages

The web page Google Sheet used by Stake and Ward Leaders is being slightly changes based to make viewing easier. All the various tabs for each stake have been removed and replaced by a more universal tab which allows a user to enter the Stake, Ward, and Service Date. When this is done it will return a list of members who have volunteered for that date. A pivot table is also present on the table to show the data in a different format.

To use this feature you will all have to be given ‘Editor’ access. But don’t worry. The actual table has been locked so it can’t be edited, except for the ‘Ward’ names. As expected there are all sorts of variations on ward names. I’m going to ask that Elders Quorum Presidents correct their own ward names.

Please expect as we use this some problems will be found, and corrected as soon as possible. Also expect that some changes may be requested and acted upon. There as so many with good ideas out there.
